This page applies to the Roller Avenue & Level Up Games mobile app.

To delete your account:
1. Open the app.
2. Go to Profile / Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

If you no longer have access to the app, email info@rolleravenue.com with the subject “Delete my app account” and include the email address linked to your account.

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize your app account data, including your email address, profile information, profile photo, membership QR profile, and authentication data.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or business record purposes. We do not store your full credit card number; payments are processed by Clover.
