Enjoy 1 hour and 30 minutes in your private room, perfect for cake cutting and celebrations.

Payment: For bookings made before May, only the party room rental is paid online. Admission, equipment, and food will be paid for on-site. For bookings from May onwards, you will pay for your chosen food packages along with the room online; however, admission and equipment must still be paid on-site.

Unlimited Skating: Room access is limited to your scheduled time slot, but skating is unlimited all day! You are welcome to arrive as soon as we open and continue skating even after you have vacated the room.

Admission and Equipment Management: Online booking covers only the room rental (and selected food packages from May onwards). Admission, skates, and safety gear are paid for on-site on the day of the event (either by the organizer or by each guest individually). No precise headcount is required in advance.

Gourmet Options: When available based on our restaurant's operating hours, food packages must be added during your online booking to adjust the total price accordingly.

Extend the Fun: To book the room for a longer duration, you may combine multiple consecutive time slots (e.g., booking the 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM slots provides access from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM).

Arrival and Punctuality: Please arrive with your entire group 45 minutes before your scheduled room time. This ensures sufficient time for payment and equipment distribution. Please note that no refunds or rescheduling will be granted in the event of a delay.

On-site Organization: Access bracelets (mandatory for entry) and equipment are issued upon payment. A photo ID is required for all rentals. We provide refrigerators for your cakes and electronic lockers to store your personal belongings after your time in the party room.

Ticket Information

During your reservation, you will need to indicate the number of guests and pay for the tickets in advance along with your hall rental.

Adult Entry (14 years and older): $22 + tax
Child Entry (5–13 years): $14 + tax
Companion Entry (without skates): $10 + tax – skating is not allowed
Infant Entry (0–4 years): Free – skating is not allowed
Birthday Guest Entry: We offer a free ticket within 7 days before or after the party, upon presentation of an ID at the front desk.

What to bring?

To fully enjoy your party at Roller Avenue, we invite you to bring the following to the hall:
Your cake or dessert (if desired)
Candles, cake knife, and matches
Socks for participants (required for skating)
Personal decorations you wish to add to the hall, following our rules
Please note: The distribution of alcohol is prohibited in the banquet hall.

Rules

No outside alcohol is permitted.
Any violation may result in the immediate expulsion of the group.
Respect the rental schedule.
Access to the hall is allowed only during the reserved period.
Cleaning delays may be required between reservations.
Please be patient if necessary.
Leave the hall clean and tidy.
All trash must be disposed of in the designated bins.
Child supervision is mandatory.
Roller Avenue is not responsible for unsupervised children.
No paint, confetti, or messy decorations are allowed.
Decorations must not damage walls or furniture.
Nails, screws, or strong adhesive tape are prohibited.
No music is permitted inside the banquet hall.
Any damage or breakage caused during the rental may be charged to the renter.
